Extremely slow user interface, tiring to work with. (1/5 - 20-Apr-2007) Review by Joe: Despite many positive reviewers and awards, extensive use shows that NovaBackup’s quality is only skin deep. It can be difficult to use, manages only mediocre backup speed, and is unreliable. After several years of using NBK I switched out because of the increasing number of bugs the company is unwilling/unable to fix and the poor technical support. (2/5 - 30-May-2006)

Review by formerPaygoSaasuser: I used this software and wish I had investigated more thoroughly online reviews before signing the contract. My experience was that everything was fine until I opened my store (post contract) and needed technical support (to get the credit card integration to work, to print labels correctly, and to figure out some software bugs I found). Paygo support (aka Christian James support) and customer service was then found to be horribly lacking. After 1 year I am finally free of the contract. Paygo Saas does not support data exports for your own financial or sales analysis - so beware (I lost about 1 years worth of data moving to another POS system) (1/5 - 30-Apr-2009) Review by deborah kettner: beware of this pos system - i'm not sure what's worse the software or the support! we have been struggling for years to get this awkward system to function but after thousands of wasted dollars and hours we give up. i am writing this review in hopes that you dear reader will not venture down this same path. their email marketing may be cute but the software doesn't work!!
